The role comprises of the administration of mortgage applications, liaising with
lenders, clients, solicitors, business partners and maintaining excellent working
relationships with our brokers.
Good organisational skills are essential as is the ability to work within a team.
The basic salary is negotiable dependent upon experience, a monthly performance
bonus and commission is also payable, together with a generous annual leave allowance
and gym membership following a qualifying period.
Career progression is available to para-planner or Mortgage Broker for the successful
candidate.

Mortgage Warehouse Corporation is an Independent Mortgage brokerage
based in South East London / North Kent. We require highly motivated
individuals to join our successful team of sales administrators to assist
our ever expanding & successful team of mortgage brokers.
We are currently recruiting successful, experienced Mortgage Brokers (both employed and self employed) to add to our successful broking team.
The successful candidates will advise on mortgages and pure protection products from the whole of the market. The appropriate sourcing tools(Trigold etc.) will be provided with a laptop, together with our bespoke CRM system to allow remote access.
Administration & Compliance training and support is provided. Customer contact in our Service Level Agreement is every 3 days prior to mortgage offer, with emails/text messages & calls being made updating the chain.
In addition, we have in-house mortgage packaging for over 20 lenders where we can issue valuation instructions without delay to ensure quick turnaround times are met.
Our Onsite conveyancing arm will also ensure that the legal process is completed swiftly with full updates given at every stage.
Development and support is ongoing.
The ideal candidate should currently be working as a Mortgage Broker/Adviser/Consultant, have a proven track record and a good knowledge of the mortgage market.
